If you feel a bit achy after a day working from home, here are a few nice and gentle stretches to make you feel better!
Start with stretching your neck muscles - let your shoulders drop and carefully tilt your head to the right and to the left.
Now look after your back with a really easy yoga pose: cat & cow.
Get on your hands and knees, make sure your knees are directly under your hips and your hands are directly under your shoulders. Breathe in and get into cat pose, breathe out and get into cow pose.
The next exercise is brilliant for your upper body, shoulders and neck: interlace your fingers behind your back, bend over and squeeze your shoulder blades together carefully.
Last but not least: your hip flexors. Your knee should be in line with your ankle, let your hips sink low, engage your glutei and abs to avoid twisting and give your hip flexors a good stretch!
