If you like sweet desserts as much as I do but still prefer a quick and fairly healthy treat at the end of your meal, read on...
For this amazingly simply but absolutely gorgeous dessert, you only need a few ingredients. It's even better if you need to use up slightly overripe fruit!
ingredients for 2 portions:
1 pinch of cinnamon
2tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of unsalted butter
2 big dollops of plain yoghurt (to serve)
Preheat your oven to 200C. Wash and halve the fruit and remove the pits. Place them cut side up in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle a little bit of maple syrup over the fruit and then dust them with cinnamon.
Melt the butter in a clean frying pan over low heat and drizzle over the fruit. Bake them for 15-20 min (depending on the size of the fruit)
Place one or two fruit with a bit of the butter from the dish on each plate and serve with Greek Yoghurt! Enjoy!
