Fresh or frozen fruit, nuts and seeds, a bit of granola or nut butter, even spices work well! Add the toppings the night before or the next morning – either way works.
Ingredients for one portion (use a tea mug)
1/3 mug jumbo oats
1/3 – 1/2 mug milk [depending on how thick you like it]
1/3 mug of plain yogurt
1/2 banana, steamed apple, berries or any fruit
1/2 tbsp of seeds (optional but very nice!)
a few chopped nuts or almonds
a sprinkle of cinnamon
Stir everything together in a bowl with a matching lid. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning you can eat it as it is or top with a bit of granola. Enjoy!
