Vikki and I were sitting around the fire pit one starry night, contemplating the events of the past year and how we’d like to support our clients as we move forwards. We asked ourselves:
How can we help people through and beyond Covid-19?
Support them back to health, happiness and peak performance?
How can we increase people’s mental and physical wellbeing after a tough year?
We were hearing that people were tired, isolated, disconnected, ready to get away again and desperate to have fun. Do you feel the same?
So, we rolled all that up into a wonderful event -
an exclusive, award-winning Health & Ski Retreat in Colorado in January 2022!
It’s the luxury holiday you promised yourself!
But it’s a lot more than that: Because we are the experts in health and wellbeing, this trip will be the kickstart to your transformation –
relax, have fun, eat well, think well and make wellbeing a part of your daily life, for good!
We will help you build your own ‘wellbeing toolbox’ so you can take your newfound health and happiness home, reaping the benefits long after the event. You’ll even leave armed with a goodie bag packed with ideas and surprises!
Surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains, you’ll be treated to 10 days of
award-winning hospitality together in an exquisite venue, together with a small group of likeminded people. The perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy yourself, make friends and expand your international network!
Upon arrival, everything is organised for you so you won’t need to do a thing.
From ground transportation to expert talks, from ski passes and from outdoor activities to yoga sessions should you fancy time off the slopes.

Carola and our private chef have been creating a menu focused on sports nutrition. Our food will be super healthy and help your body recover quickly to get ready for another day of fun in the snow. Whilst Carola’s talks will be about how food and nutrients increase your performance, you’ll balance all this with peak mental fitness too, by learning from Vikki how to embed positive psychology into your life, cultivate a positive attitude, growth mindset and increase your overall happiness with regular boosts of happy hormones!
We know you’ll want to spend as much time as possible on that powder, so our agenda will be super-flexible and allows us to make the most of what nature offers us.
We’ll let you know your options for fun and wellness each day and you decide if you like to join us!
We have loads of plans from yoga to star gazing, cooking classes, meditation and snow hiking, journaling, relaxing in our waterfall hot tub, maybe a quick gym session, making friends and expanding your network as we chat and laugh around the fireplace…
it’s all there for the taking.
We have a massage therapist on hand to help you relax after a long day of skiing. Plus, you can take advantage of full access to your experts, Carola and Vikki, for personalised guidance and advice throughout your stay.

A note on Covid-19:
We don’t know exactly what 2022 will bring, but we believe in optimism. Be assured that we will do all we can to ensure all our guests are safe and take the necessary measures, which we will advise. We will, of course, align our plans according to government guidelines nearer the time.

We have loads of plans for our retreat, but most of all we want you to have as much time as you like on the mountains, enjoying the famous 'champagne powder' to the max!!
So the first thing to know is that our agenda is super-flexible! We’ll let the snow and the sunshine decide when it’s time to play on the slopes, or when to get cosy inside, where we’ll share our passions for food and positive psychology to help you making the most of this holiday for your health and wellbeing!
